Become a Product Manager for Bloomreach! Help us create the best data experience for commerce companies running on our Customer Data Engine. The work you do will impact many customers in dozens of different verticals in the e-commerce and retail space. You'll be working in one of our Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno) or from home on a full-time basis (EU based) and you´ll become a core part of the Product Team. The salary starts at 3 000 - 3 500 € per month (for Slovakia), depending on your experience and skills, along with stock options and other benefits.

What challenge awaits you?

Product Manager in Bloomreach needs to understand strategic company perspective, understand customer and user problems and the market dynamics to better inform the overall product strategy.

As Product Manager for Data Pipeline, you will identify the customer needs and the larger business objectives that will be fulfilled by the Bloomreach platform, with specific focus on the overall data integration experience. 

You will define what the success looks like for Bloomreach core data features and rally the team around you to turn this vision into reality.

Product Manager for Data Pipeline owns core platform features which enable our customers and partners to easily ingest, import and export data from/to other platforms and systems. These features include (but are not limited to) tracking, imports, exports, APIs product catalogs and identity resolution.

Your job will be to:

• Lead the strategy, road mapping, and prioritization for your component (Data Pipeline)
• Own the the feature across the whole lifecycle, from opportunity identification, through specification & development to adoption
• Discover and identify client business problems, needs, and the larger business objective
• Evaluate the impact and value proposition for solving the need for the target client and find the best solution 
• Define and articulate what the success looks like and measure it
• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (engineering, design, product marketing, product research, client-facing teams, partnership teams) from both the business & technical side.
• Support development of features from other components finding the right balance between security, compliance and ease of use.

You have the following experience and qualities:

1. Professional — experience in management and programming
2. Personal — motivation, independence, and fluency in English

Professional experience

• Experience in product management for a software company
• Experience in leading high-performing technology teams and B2B projects to deliver on expectations
• Technology background and analytical skills (e.g. being able to understand a product that is heavily built around databases and processing pipelines)

Personal qualities

• Motivation and willingness to talk to both customers, internal stakeholders and partner organizations
• Independence and self-organization to navigate you through ambiguous situations, being able to prioritize the right things to work on, while juggling multiple projects in different stages of maturity
• Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills for rallying teams that around you that will help you deliver your goals
