Job Description

Our mission is to be the most progressive networked agency in the market, a home to fresh and diverse talent- We’re looking for a brilliant data-driven Junior Strategist to join us on this journey.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support on data insights and strategic dialogue with clients and account teams•
  • Support on our data research methodology required to expand our understanding of specific audiences and conduct research
  • Interpret data from our proprietary insights tool the Belief Stack to craft strategic responses for our clients
  • Drive integrated ideas that influence and lead the understanding and communication of our campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and other client and internal initiatives through a data-driven approach
  • Provide clear and concise insight based on audience and market data, deliver clear and concise briefs for the creative team, and provide insightful strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • Not just a pure researcher, someone who is experienced or passionate about telling sharper stories / more protective of insight work
  • Creative and brand experience
  • Experience working in comms and/or social agencies
  • A strong pitch record and workshop facilitation experience and will enjoy engaging and negotiating with clients
  • Experienced in leading initiatives, client work, innovation
  • A natural problem solver – someone who run towards the fire, rather than away from it
  • Whilst the person is not expected to be a statistician or data analyst, they will be super interested in what is possible with bodies of data and have a willingness to explore and develop the growing opportunities in this space (there’s a lot!)
