Experian Employer Services (EES) is seeking a dynamic professional to join its Data & Enablement team as Director of Implementations.  This role will lead the growing team of implementation project professionals connecting new and existing clients with various EES service offerings.  This is a key position critical to ensuring exceptional customer service, championing timely project execution, and measuring operational health of team processes while maintaining an innovative and collaborative environment.

In this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and be comfortable managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. This individual must have a strong business acumen to collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic business, data, and enablement initiatives. This role will lead the growing team of data empowerment professionals connecting new and existing clients/partners with various EES service offerings.  This is a key position critical to ensuring data integrity, exceptional customer service, and compliance with policies, procedures, and business plans while balancing daily operations on long-term targets and maintaining an innovative and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate has experience working with technical and business project teams to assess, document and resolve basic issues during system changes, feed modifications, and new implementation project scenarios that may be encountered.  Additionally, this role will be instrumental in evaluating existing processes for enhanced improvement opportunities while harmonizing data quality assurance practices of acquired companies providing Employer Services.

The Data Services team works in a consultative fashion with customers, account/service management, internal stakeholders, and product specialists and other internal stakeholders to describe program data requirements and format functionality options that are applicable to current and future-state needs.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead a team of implementation consultants and project managers to ensure the successful onboarding experience for all Employer Services products.

·         Ensure that the implementation team facilitates meaningful data discovery discussions with customer project teams and effectively communicate the requirements for data gathering and delivery based on EES specifications.

·         Be a primary point of escalation to ensure that client support issues related to data feed implementation and other product-onboarding functions are tracked and managed through documented processes, reviews, prioritization, and communication across both Experian and to our customers.

·         Allocate implementation staff to facilitate accurate data element mapping, efficient customer account information gathering, and technical knowledge dissemination for data feeds and/or integrations – including pre-sales support.

·         Provide guidance to team members during difficult client situations, facilitate individual one-on-one employee meetings, and outline individual development goals for professional growth plans.

·         Ensure that team members deliver flawless provision of customer service to answer technical questions about how the product service platform works, and to help resolve customer usage difficulties.

·         Secure the resources and materials team members will need to engage with customers during the implementation process.

·         Manage a robust staffing planning routine to ensure adequate and timely resource allocation.

·         Ensuring your team members are empowered to deliver results, suggest, and drive improvement.

·         Provide status updates on assigned program responsibilities to senior leadership, product management and account management and service/delivery teams.

·         Influence implementation, account migration, data ingestion, acquisition integration, and API/connector strategies.

·         Developing a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and business strategies.

·         Strong collaboration and self-management skills.

·         Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking

·         Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in, maintain compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and expand or reduce activities as needed.

·         Demonstrate subject matter expertise across the organization by exuding deep knowledge to drive collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as clients and partners.

·         Mentor teammates on processes, best practices, prioritization, and issue resolution.

·         Flexibility to be a utility player where needed as this business evolves

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·         10+ years previous experience within the Employer Services industry with emphasis on customer facing or customer service leadership role enabling client implementations, data connector/APIs, data management, and acquisition integration projects or equivalent.

·         5+ years previous experience managing and developing a team.

·         Excellent problem solver, who can resolve issues effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

·         Action-oriented leader with strong communication, prioritization, operational, and planning skills

·         Conscientious self-starter, with a work attitude that exhibits flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and dependability.

·         Consensus-building abilities with a proven track record of coordinating and mobilizing resources productively.

·         Outstanding presence and solid communication skills, both written and verbal, who effectively communicates at all levels of the organization.

·         Proven success navigating large, matrixed organizations.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

·         Collaborative associate who excels at building relationships across all levels.

·         Enterprise-level B2B experience working on a cross-functional team.

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  MBA preferred.

Preferred Experience:

·         Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and pragmatic execution.

·         Enterprise-level B2B experience working on a cross-functional team.

·         Strong executive-level communication skills (verbal and written)

·         Knowledge of human capital management systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings.

·         Confident in managing relationships across sales, business, and technical teams, both face-to-face and remotely.

·         Experience working at a technology company or consulting firm
