Job Description

  • To strengthen the role of the division Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC) as a first-choice supplier to OEMs leading in AI and data, a new initiative was founded in 2022 to reach this goal for our product portfolio which includes assisted and automated driving, as well as cockpit technologies and embedded compute platforms.
  • As Data Scientist you consult and coach AI use cases (development, deployment) on demand and drive the implementation in the product development, together with our partners from all over the world.
  • You coordinate and lead an agile interdisciplinary team to build up a common basis for AI competency and use cases.
  • Moreover, you will bring together AI experts worldwide to foster exchange, enable collaboration/synergies and define needed standards within the team.
  • Last but not least, you ramp up competencies by organizing and performing trainings and setting up training concepts.

Qualifications

  • Education: successfully completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Personality and Working Practice: communicative, team-oriented, motivated, innovative, analytical, entrepreneurial, structured, goal-oriented
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience as AI architect and developer; experienced in development and deployment of AI methods in automotive processes and products; knowledge in Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn; clean code and modern software engineering skills, including Python; experience in the usage of public cloud services and dedicated data engineering methods is a plus
  • Languages: fluent in German and English
