Job Description

Join us and become the new People Data Analyst in our People Data & Analytics department within Group HR. Our mission is to facilitate a data-driven culture within the HR function and support the Business and People strategy with valid and trusted data-driven insights.

We collaborate closely across the department with HR Services, our partners in Group HR and managers across the global organization.

Ways of retrieving and displaying data in Group HR is changing during the coming years and you will have an important role in shaping the future landscape. 

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Provide data and analysis to our senior leaders to be leveraged for key people and business decisions
  • Create dashboards in PowerBI, to be used at different levels within the company
  • Identify areas of opportunity and suggests improvements to existing reporting and processes
  • Create automated data validations and solutions to ensure high data quality
  • Provide training to fellow HR colleagues in the usage of data

 

Please note: this is a temporary 18 months definite term contract position, but with a strong possibility of turning into a permanent position.

Qualifications

Skills, motivation and that little personal twist make you succeed

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. On a personal side, you are hands-on and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment. 

Your qualifications include: 

  • Full English proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding
  • Holding a Masters degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, Social Science or a similar educational field
  • 1+ years of experience with people data
  • Strong skills in Excel
  • Problem-solving skills combined with initiative and curiosity
  • The ability to work on many different tasks at the same time and deliver on competing priorities
