Job Description

Master Data is information that is a key to business operations. It is a single source of basic business data used across multiple systems, processes and functions. This key business information includes the data about customers, materials, suppliers, Finance.

In this role you will part of global team which is accountable for providing effective support in terms of Master Data Management and analysis, while operating in a complex, cross-functional and international environment.

Your key responsibilities as a Global Master Data Specialist would include:

• Visualizing End to End processes and tools in the Master data area that will be used to improve Data Quality, optimize data maintenance process and enhance control.
• Collecting business requirements and working with Master data manager to formulate solutions across all elements of our data management framework
• Identifying relevant business stakeholder landscape and working in close cooperation I-BPO
• Responsibility for the data quality incl. data cleansing of the relevant data objects within the assigned Data Domain
• Being a Champion Master data Management for the relevant domain within the JDE landscape, which include IT and organizational aspects.
• Identifying improvements and work with MDM Ops Team to ensure implementation.
• Being a project member in projects that touch the relevant data domain
• Maintaining Master data governance document for the relevant domain and ensuring it’s usage during integration projects.
• Being the first contact point for the business with regards to data quality, queries, improvements etc.

For this role as a Global Masterdata Specialist we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Professional experience related to master data administration
• SAP System experience is a must
•  Advanced MS Office use, especially MS-Excel, experience of working with large data sets
• Strong data analytical skills, passionate about digitalization early adopter
• Strong Team player
• Proficient English in both writing and speaking
