Data Scientist (Python/C++)

We’re looking for a Data Scientist (Python/C++) with a solid experience in coding. You will have an ownership in managing the entire data lifecycle. You’ll be joining a small and complex quant team that owns infrastructure and processes and is responsible for managing trading and risk management models from a FX market maker perspective. In this role you will design and build data modelling processes and production using algorithms, prototypes, predictive models, and custom analysis. We are always prototyping new technologies! Responsibilities:

• creating new data production and modelling processes using a variety of advanced techniques to explore data, such as data mining and machine learning
• arranging random, undefined data sets using several tools simultaneously and develop custom frameworks and automation systems
• optimizing the automation of testing and production processes
• supporting migration from on-prem model to the cloud
• developing analytical libraries
• exploring and create new data pipelines
• monitoring production runs to ensure timely generation of reports

Essential requirements:

• 3+ years of experience of coding in C++ and Python 
• Unix platform experience
• knowledge of Google Cloud Platform

Following qualifications are beneficial: 

• Professional background in finance industry
• University degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering or a related field
