As the Senior Data Analyst, you will help drive excellence in our Delivery process. You’ll be taking over a well defined role and making it your own.

This role requires an individual who is comfortable with numbers, data and with exacting attention to detail with mission critical responsibilities in revenue management. You love data, generating necessary reports and insights on business problems. You have rich experience and in-depth knowledge of delivery operations and revenue management, ideally with platforms such as Kimble/Kantata and Salesforce, and support best practices in the context of a professional services business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reporting and Analytics - Develop and maintain analysis, dashboards, and reports across teams to support delivery operatations and provide actionable insights for investment and growth. Uncover business insights and opportunities for improvements
• Delivery Revenue Operations Technology Management
  • Generating timely and accurate revenue reporting;
  • Working with financing to ensure customer invoicing is correct and timely;
  • Carry out month end, quarter end and year end revenue operations activities
  • Maintain documentation on best practices
• Data Governance - Apply data cleansing techniques to ensure the quality of various databases.. Validation of source data / systems.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in revenue operations in SaaS organisations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Kimble/Kantata or analogous systems. Experience with Tableau, Datastudio, and RDBMS is highly appreciated
• Business savviness - able to draw business insights from the data.
• Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task.
• Fast learner, able to work in an agile manner, and demonstrated ability to follow existing processes, and enhance and develop new processes as needed.
• Ability to understand high-level strategies and business goals, and translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally supporting PMO, Finance and Sales teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across multiple departments meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, sharp analytical, and problem-solving skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Proven experience in developing, building and delivering metrics in a business context
