Job Description

Context & objectives:

Based in IS&T of Veolia water Technologies HQ in Saint Maurice (94), you integrate the Analytics Team  in charge of the governance of the reporting on our corporate tools. Our role is to serve our BUs all over the world by providing them with data, technologies and guidance on reporting.

Your missions:

As a part of the team, you pilot:

• Transversal projects combining platforms data
• Reporting project for common interest and also top management needs, on multiple business domains.
• Animate community of users to grow their knowledge and local reporting 
• Enhance current reporting and data models
• Take care of the performance of our reporting environments
• In communication with our support team in India and the Business process owners, you arbitrate new requests from the users related to data model and reporting.

Technical environment:

Sources of data: ERP JDEdwards, Salesforce CRM and Field Service, AWS customer portal, Datalake

Reporting suite: Cognos Analytics, SalesForce, Quicksight, Google Data Studio

ETL: Datastage, AWS services (Glue)

Qualifications

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Strong project management skills
• Fluent oral and written English for daily communication with our support and/or internal teams (chat, email, meeting)

• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, in a multicultural environment
• Able to anticipate, identify, and resolve technical issues
