Job Description

Salary Ranges: 6 000 - 10 000 PLN Gross per month 

Job Specification:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will carry out routine data cleaning and analysis tasks. You will be responsible for developing models or prototypes for our data visualization projects and daily tasks such as performing analyses on client data, extending certain parts of the company’s data, simplifying data problems, testing new algorithms, writing up results to share with stakeholders, etc. You will expand your knowledge in areas of Tableau, Tableau CRM, and Datorama.

Job Responsibilities:
-Ask the right questions to Clients to understand the data-related problem
-Extract data from multiple data sources
-Clean the data and remove all the noise from the data files
-Integrate and Load Data to a centralized location
-Perform exploratory Data Analysis on the data loaded
-Measure and improve results
-Present final results to a senior and make adjustments based on the feedback
-Repeat the process to solve the problem. – make sure they are ok with repetitive task

Qualifications

-Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
-Experience in client interaction would be a big plus
-Familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem - at least some basics Admin or high score on trailhead would be nice
-Logical thinking
-Attention to detail
-Advanced Excel skills (formulas, etc)
-Experience with Python / R / SQL / Figma would be a big plus
-Experience in the configuration of Dashboards/data visualizations/design skills would be a big plus
-Fluent Polish and English is a must
