We are a growing team of dynamic, tech-enthusiasts, and compassionate professionals, who are on a mission to deploy AI-powered robotic solutions that make supply chain operations safe, human-friendly, and efficient in the last mile of parcel distribution. 
We seek a Cloud Data Engineer to design and implement massively-scalable data storage and retrieval systems. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Software and Head of Cloud.

In this role you will architect, build, maintain, and support Ambi data infrastructure including:

  • Data Warehousing / Archiving / Aggregation
  • Database Management
  • Query Optimization
  • Data Lifecycle Management
  • AWS Management Tooling
  • Machine Learning Dataset Management

You're a good fit if you have:

  • Four years of experience in commercial cloud software development.
  • Proficiency with Node.js, MongoDB, AWS tools (or Azure equivalent), and data warehouses (Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or similar)
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, Linux, and git.
  • Expertise in storage/retrieval systems, tiered storage systems, database/query optimization, relational/non-relational databases, and binary data stores.
  • Familiarity designing and implementing REST APIs.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $135k-$175k.
