Job Description
- You will write and maintain best-in-class software for the development of driving assistance and autonomous driving solutions
- Development of embedded solutions on micro-processors (µP)
- Development of in-vehicle data filtering and embedded recording frameworks
- Integration of different in-vehicle SW stacks for smart field data collection
- As part of an agile team, you coordinate activities with the product owner, product architects, product management and colleagues worldwide
- You will share the responsibility for the quality of the software delivered by the team, supporting other team members and participating in peer reviews
- You will implement and verify your software via module and integration tests, debugging on the hardware
- You will provide technical content for the product documentation
Qualifications
- High level of experience in modern C++ (C++14 and later) software development
- Experience of software development on POSIX operating systems in embedded systems
- Knowledge of data interchange formats including JSON and YAML
- Self-motivation, with a willingness to learn new technologies on the job
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of Agile development methods (Scrum, test-driven development, etc.)
It would be advantageous if you also had experience of the following:
- Experience with embedded automotive software development
- Testing frameworks such as Google Test
- Middleware – VRTE, AOS
- Data filtering and data compression algorithms
- Automotive Safety standards – ISO26262, ASIL
- Security Engineering Process and ASPICE
- ROSbag, MDF4 and other measurement formats
