About the Role:

Unite Us seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst ready to tackle an array of data challenges and advance data-driven decision making across the business. Unite Us brings health care and social services together into a single, integrated network. We believe the network creates value beyond the sum of its parts, and our Analytic mission is to measure and enhance that impact.

The Senior Analyst will work with internal and external stakeholders to solve the company’s most pressing data and analytics challenges. • Deeply understand business opportunities and constraints, then specify analytic work to solve them
    • Be self-sufficient at extracting and manipulating data; work creatively to solve data challenges
    • Go beyond running the numbers: interpret what they mean and recommend actions
  • Communicate learnings and Unite Us impact to the entire company, customers and industry players; ensure that stakeholders, customers and executives  are informed about our findings and contributions
  • Partner with customers and Insights team members on how to turn analytic products and tool into a community action, identify use cases for sharing with stakeholders
