Job Description

Join our BI Data Science team in Berlin and help us shape the business decisions and processes of TeamViewer based on the customer data relating to experience, engagement and product usage.

• Be a contact point for data-related questions coming from the users of our product data and other internal stakeholders 
• Help build solutions based on data and advanced analytics that address business questions for project partners across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
• Analyze large data sets to extract practical insights that will help prioritize business decisions
• Derive decisions by performing statistical analyses on our large proprietary data sets
• Identify strategic opportunities for new data-driven projects based on exploratory research, demonstrating what can potentially create additional business value

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems or equivalent experience with a focus on data
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in applied statistics, machine learning, data science or related fields
• Solid skills in handling Python paired with hands-on experience with different machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Experience working with tools like Docker, Airflow, etc. and large-scale data processing technologies like SQL, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.
• Passion and curiosity for data-driven solutions and proven ability to take ideas from prototype to production
• Ability to run the full lifecycle of a data science project, from ambiguous needs and stakeholders to data preparation, analysis, and recommendations
• High motivation to solve complex problems in close collaboration with other team members, goal-oriented, and eager to make a real difference to the business
• Excellent communication skills that would support the effective and concise communication of findings to the stakeholders, peers and project partners 
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus

• Contract and work location is either Berlin or Göppingen, Germany
