About the role:

ASPIRE TECH - Aspire is and always will be a tech company. We hire people with a broad set of technical skills who are ready to take on some of technology's greatest challenges to serve our customers. You would be working on several areas of development. It’s important to realize that we are a startup so part of the fun is that things change fast and new tasks and responsibilities could jump into the scope. You will be based in India.

What will you be doing? 

• Ensure data trustworthiness
• Enable management to make data-driven decisions
• Focused on solving complex data integration problems
• Help create, maintain, monitor, and optimize data pipelines
• Help build data acquisition and ETL processes to address business questions
• Actively contribute to the observability and testability of our data pipelines
• Assist in creating and performing manual and automated data quality checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Work in cross-departmental projects to deliver data solutions taking into account business and technical requirements
• Participate in the team's weekly, brainstorming and daily stand-ups meetings

We would love to get to know you if you have the following: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Basic competency in Python programming skills
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming
• Proficiency in SQL and good knowledge of relational databases
• Possessing high resilience and strong communication skills
• Working proficiency in verbal and written English
• Strong in analytics and problem solving technique
• Keenness to learn and to collaborate effectively within a team
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt quickly to deliver the outcomes
• Able to work independently as well as in collaborative mode with minimum supervision
• Experience with data ingestion, data transformation and data mining is a plus
• Good coding practice (clean, production-grade code, error handling, logging, testing etc.)  is a plus
• Experience in extracurricular activities such as technical content writer, hackathons, and open-source projects is a big plus
