Fuel50 is growing and we are looking for a Client Data Team Lead to join our Client Success Team. This exciting new role will provide an opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual with a solid background in integrations and data scoping, to step into a team leadership role. This is a player-coach role, so you will be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and working alongside your team to design and manage the delivery of meaningful data integrations with our clients HR tech stack, while providing leadership to a small team and influencing the ongoing strategy for client integrations at Fuel50

You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be personable as well as capable of working independently and really focused on delivering results and an exceptional client experience. You will be supremely well organized, highly self-motivated and driven. You will be able to represent our brand and proposition to the global market with a high calibre personal presence and have a consistent track record with a variety of client projects.

Key elements of this role include:

  • Help to shape Fuel50s ongoing integration vision and strategy alongside the Product team to innovate, simplify and optimize our integration offering.
  • Building a best in class service delivery option for integrations, influencing and educating cross functionally to ensure clients needs are forefront of strategy and decision making
  • Responsible for meeting delivery expectations of the Technical Workstreams of Implementation projects, consisting of API integrations with various HR tools and systems
  • Scoping business needs with clients and translating these into technical requirements and solutions
  • Participating in and contributing to regular Project Status calls with clients
  • Reporting on progress to our clients and internal stakeholders, and identifying risk areas for projects
  • Maintaining dashboards of projects showing project progress
  • Working closely with Fuel50 developers and the client’s technical team to facilitate integration execution, UAT testing, and go-live plans
  • Using tools such as Wrike, JIRA Agile and Spreadsheets to track project progress
  • Making best efforts to ensure project deadlines are met and can facilitate project-rescue for any projects which are at risk
  • Leadership of a small global team (3-4 direct reports) and people management responsibilities such as objective setting, development conversations and day to day ownership of escalated issues

Requirements

  • At least 5 years project management experience, ideally within a SaaS business
  • Illustrated history of working with system integrations (API and flat file)
  • Experience working with core HR systems (HRIS/ATS/LMS/LXP)
  • Prior experience in technical requirements scoping and business analysis
  • Previous experience working in a client facing role
  • A high level of social perceptiveness and customer service
  • A self-driven, motivated and results oriented attitude to your work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience leading a team, ideally in a player-coach type role
