Job Description

The candidate will be part of the Finance team of the Vantiva ‘Connected Home’ Division. He/She will contribute to the developments and improvements of the operational and financial reporting in an international environment.
He/She will support the Finance team and the internal business partners in the preparation of the reporting packages for various weekly and quarterly business reviews. He/She will also participate in various Finance transformation projects.

Main missions

Analysis & Reporting

·        Maintain and improve the reporting tools and visuals in PowerBI

·        Develop new reports and build new analyses in PowerBI on Finance and business indicators

·        Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly reporting packages

·        Prepare the weekly data quality reviews of P&Ls by products

Enrichment

·        Participate in the evolution and functional enrichment of the databases

·        Conduct the testing activities before release to production systems

Coordination & Support

·        Act as support entry point to the Finance team on various systems of records (SAP, BW, Kinaxis)

·        Coordinate the discussions between Finance and IT teams (SAP, BW, Kinaxis)

·        Manage user PowerBI user access requests and monitor the pipeline of user enhancement requests

Transformation

·        Contribute to various Finance transformation projects

Key elements of the job

·        Data analysis

·        Development of reports, dashboards, apps in PowerBI and continuous improvement

·        Multi-system exposure, mainly ERP (SAP) and Supply Chain (Kinaxis) systems

·        Project management

Qualifications

·        University, engineering or data science school degree (or French Bac+5 equivalent)

·        2/3 years of work experience or relevant internship experience in an international environment

·        Analytical and synthesis skills

·        Enhanced knowledge of PowerBI

·        Demonstrated project collaboration and teamwork

·        Professional English

·        BW and SAP knowledge is a plus

·        Knowledge of business and financial key indicators is a plus
