Payments Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Payments Data Analyst to help analyze performance metrics and build overviews and monitoring systems for our payments department. You will analyze and compile reports for fraud trends and analytics around payment providers related projects.  

Key responsibilities: 

• Cooperate with key stakeholders to agree on required data analysis 
• Use analytics to create overviews and facilitate improvements on performance metrics such as fraud rates, conversion rates, success rates and other payment operations metrics 
• Provide reports requested by other cross-functional teams 
• Oversee data and metric for fraud and payments operations 
• Monitor payment KPIs and provide alerts regarding payment performance trends 
• Create payment dashboards for past payment data and offer support for dashboards for newly implemented projects 
• Help in computing analysis for A/B tests on payment related projects 
• Validate and add insights to internal payment processing rules 
• Collaborate with all required departments throughout the company to develop an easy-to-use and understand payments data system 

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of experience in designing, creating and presenting data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Excel – e.g. Pivot tables, Formulas
• Basic SQL skills
• Proficient in English language
• Experience with Data visualization tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau or Mixpanel is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus
• Knowledge of data driven payment acceptance, data analysis and fraud prevention
• Experience in Payments or a FinTech environment preferred
