  • Financial Management Systems: Act as a technical expert and support the broader finance team in automating our reporting
  • Define data systems and tools with product and engineering to produce business dashboards and other business intelligence reports
  • Own end-to-end data workflows including defining the database structure and ETL processes, socializing them across the organization, and creating dashboards/reports
  • Build self-service systems to enable others in the organization to leverage your work
  • Write specs and work with engineering to capture new data and transfer data into data warehouse
  • Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting
  • Simplify complex problems & huge data sets to extract insights
  • Be part of a great team, but capable of operating independently - managing relationships, deliverables and expectations with your business partners
  • Be personable, approachable and able to connect with each and every person on the team and throughout the business
  • Remain detail-oriented while working across a wide variety of projects

  • Strong ability to project manage and to remain detail-oriented while working with numerous stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • High EQ with ability to influence outcomes and communicate technical content to general audiences
  • Knowledge of the banking space a strong plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a Business related degree (Masters a plus)
