Leader Name: Giovane Cesar da Silva, Director of Data Science, Client Care Insights & Analytics

As ATB’s next Data Scientist - Sr. Manager in our Client Care Insights & Analytics team, you will manage, mentor, and support a team with the responsibility of synthesizing complex data using advanced analytics, data visualizations, and dashboards to evaluate and share progress and results of a given product, project, or program. Also, you will interact with Sr. leaders within the company to help inform and educate about data science practices, methods, and results alongside identifying opportunities where the organization can improve their efficiency. You will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Other responsibilities include:

• Research and evaluate tools, algorithms, and methods that can be leveraged by the team
• Working with a wide range of data/functions
• Establish close relationships with key stakeholders
• Organize projects and work efforts of the team
• Represent the Client Care - Insight and Analytics team in conferences, to vendors, to partners, etc.

Requirements

Management experience:

• 2 years of management experience of data science teams
• Clear understanding of the responsibilities of being a leader

• Descriptive, Prescriptive, and Predictive analytics
