Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for the Design, architect, and develop data solutions that help product and business teams make data-driven decisions to ensuring the product creates value for its users, customers as well as for the company. He/she is responsible for the reporting, organization, and analysis of the data associated with the Patient Engagement and Recruitment Domain. They will work closely with other stakeholders (such as Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineering and Commercial  Teams, as well as the Head of Product). The Data Analyst will oversee reporting for all customer personas, dashboard production, internal reporting, and analysis of performance to inform future product decisions. As such, solid experience within B2B SaaS products and ideally experience in the biopharmaceutical/drug development industry is preferred.  

Key responsibilities for the role include:  

  • Pull, organize and analyze relevant data from multiple sources, using tools such as Metabase, Tableau or Looker and SQL
  • Design, architect, and develop data solutions that help product and business teams make data-driven decisions
  • Influence data strategies and overall roadmap for building efficient data solutions and scalable data model plans
  • Run DB queries to inform pre sales in the proposal phase
  • Enable the delivery team by running the queries and producing target list of HCPs for each email campaign
  • Running the email drip campaign to each HCP on the list
  • Capturing performance metrics of the email campaign and circulating to the team
  • Partnering with delivery team on project management needs
  • Develop an operational mindset and drive analytics initiatives optimizing across member experience, clinical outcomes and business metrics
  • Challenge prevailing assumptions and help leaders understand the key drivers of the issues
  • Work across functions, incorporate the right data sources and ensure the teams have visibility over the right KPIs
  • Build a strong understanding of the business and key drivers to provide actionable insights to the organization to maximize business results.
  • Present data and insights clearly to departments through visual dashboards, slide decks, etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards for department leaders with high data quality and in an organized manner.
  • Contribute to the modeling, dictionaries, and integrity of the data platform.
  • Explain performance on key business metrics to department leaders through causal/correlational relationships.
  • Assist product team in understanding the impact of key product initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate has specific industry experience in similar industries.
  • Experience working with PreSales Data analytics
  • Located in the United States EST time zone.  This will allow for proper collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner, and work effectively with product team and business partners across functions.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.
