SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

• Develop and optimize data architecture to support the data needs of our rapidly-growing business

• Ability to coordinate across cross functional teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Hands on experience of working customer data ,company hierarchies, sales and telemetry and data from different functions.

• Ability to  provide scalable solutions for self service analytics.

• Write complex and efficient queries to transform raw data sources into easily accessible models by coding across several languages such as Python, and SQL

• Architect, build, and launch new data models that provide intuitive analytics to the team

• Partner with Business and IT to identify and facilitate quick resolution of data quality issues

• Ability to bring data Quality controls and exceptions to improve the overall quality of data.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• 10+ years relevant experience in data management 

• 3+ years of experience in people management.

• Experience with SQL,ETL.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field

• Strong ability to understand and explain compelling stories behind data

• Strong mindset to combine business understanding  skills with technical skills, to arrive at decision making

• Self starter and Innovative problem solving attitude required

• Strong proficiency with SQL and the ability to process/interpret large volumes of data

• Experience with a programming language such as Python, R is a bonus

• Good experience working with Microsoft excel

• Strong plus to have a working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Netsuite

• Excellent communication (verbal and written)

• Strong team player and results-driven.
