MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

As a Data Operations Manager you’ll be part of the Data Operations team and your role is to support operatively to ensure that programmatic, managed and self-serve campaigns meet the standards of the data offering we provide, maintaining daily relationships with internal team and supporting the data business team in their contact with agencies and advertisers.

MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Account Management support on Data recommendations.
  • STA account support to build data matrix and custom audiences for RFP’s.
  • Programmatic, Managed and Self serve campaign revision making sure Data capabilities are being used with its maximum potential.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations of areas for improvement on campaigns with Data.
  • Creation and execution of Data wrap up reports for major advertisers and brands throughout Latam.
  • Support Data Operations Director to update Maintain our Teads Crafted Audiences, optimize reach, accuracy and costs.
  • Support on data case studies and analysis with the insight team.
  • Be the gatekeeper of the data local best practices and provide the local campaign guidelines.
  • Support on our 1st party data offer locally and keep information available for AM’s and clients.

KEY AREAS OF EXPERTISE ARE:

  • Digital Advertising Background
  • Digital Campaign Operations background

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Bachelor’s degree / Master / Certification, Language, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Advertising, Media, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or similar
  • Fluent English (Spanish - nice to have)

JOB EXPERIENCE (Explain in detail years of experience, background)

  • You have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP or AdTech company.
  • You have knowledge of data & advertising industries. Ideally data driven oriented

SKILLS / COMPETENCIES ARE:

  • You are passionate about the world of online advertising, new media and you have a particular appeal for video and engaging digital formats
  • You are extremely organized, detail-oriented and autonomous
  • You demonstrate a great sense of analysis
  • You have business sense and good relationship skills
  • You are proactive and you know how to adapt quickly
  • You demonstrate high availability and good resistance to stress
  • You have a good knowledge – or at least heard about – of ad servers as DBM, AppNexus, Mediamath and are familiar with third party trackers and tags as well as terms like Trading Desks, DSPs, RTB, SSP
  • You are a team player and continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve.
  • Ability to understand technical & functional details about data (e.g: how a cookie-sync works concretely). Ability to abstract this into strategic/high-level marketing thoughts & discussions.
