Job Description

• Helping in the data needs for HR, Payroll and courier Onboarding/Hiring

• Creating and updating KPI dashboards with Looker and Google Analytics

• Analyzing data regarding our funnel conversion and daily processes for improvement

• Creating models and forecasts regarding hiring trends based on historical data

• Helping to provide data to back-up product improvement requests

• Helping with ad hoc data requests from the team

• Working together with the wider courier acquisition team on various projects

Qualifications

Our humble expectations:

• Super motivated to get hands dirty and do a lot of stuff

• English fluently, German at least B2

• Great with numbers and statistics

• Experience with tools like Looker and Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets is a must

• Service orientated, efficient, and assertive communicator

• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

• Flexible and open to work on projects from start to finish

• Experience from a previous data analyst role is a plus
