ServiceNow is seeking Manager for Data Integrations team within the Data & Analytics org in Hyderabad office. This is a strategic role to support the organic growth for ServiceNow and would serve as a strong people leader for the team. The candidate would work closely with business, internal and external stakeholders for evolving the best of the breed data-integration ecosystem.

What you get to do in this role:

• Establish and govern an enterprise level data-integration capability, keeping in mind the strategic priorities
• Rollout and Operationalize an enterprise wide data-integration framework with a focus on real-time integration, data architecture, data governance and quality
• Set goals for the team aligning with the organizational goals Provide leadership, mentoring and enablement to team for accomplishing the goals
• Collaborate across the functions and various orgs and create alignment for the data-integration roadmap
• Bring Innovation and proof of concepts, new technology and industry standards
• Champion of people management aspects – Reviews, Career growth and aspirations
• Ensure delivery quality & governance for the project and provide progress reports to management and oversee periodic updates
• Identify new business opportunities pertaining to the use of information assets to achieve efficiency
• Provide rapid response, manage and drive production and delivery issues and risks to resolution and implement preventative action
• Lead the process setup, documentation, and bring in engineering best practices
• Cross train other team members and convey value delivered on key initiatives to broader organization
• Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• More than 10+ years of relevant experience managing the data-integration function
• About 2 years of team-management & leadership experience
• Hands-on experience on Matillion and Snowflake
• Hands-on knowledge of various data Integration technologies not limited to Matillion, Dell Boomi, BODS, Informatica etc.
• Strong knowledge of API based integrations for both internal and external data-sources, Python based API Integrations, Job scheduling etc.
• Work on establishing best practices for various data-integration practices
• Working knowledge of building high performance data pipelines with horizontal scalability
• Working knowledge for data modeling, information architecture, data quality, data security etc.
• Able to evaluate technology options and weight in pros/cons for continuous improvement
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across the Geos
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to easily explain to management & execs
• Demonstrated consulting skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management
