Job Description

We are looking for a Data analytics Project Manager. 

She/He maximises the values of the DG platform solutions (focus on Ab Initio)

• Lead design board to ensure efficient, coherent and sustainable solutions
• Lead or participate actively to Opus and Features definition and roadmap, including preparation for the Initiative Boards
• Lead functional and technical analysis for ongoing features and user stories
• Onboard users and ensure user adoption, promote and monitor usage of DG solutions through the bank

She/He's responsible for the evolution of the product/solution in accordance with the strategic vision of the bank and the CoE

• Master the data governance solutions and tools as well as the data architecture of a wholesaler bank.
• Contact with providers to increase value of our solutions
• Know the bank organisation and Agile methodology
• Respect prioritisation of features and user stories in accordance to SAP, QBR and QAP decisions
• Create and maintain strategic relationships with other Tribes and CoE
• Remain alert to IT and Data architecture evolutions (such as API development or Data Lake capabilities)

She/He's responsible for the day-to-day maintenance activities

• Ensure features and user stories management: ideation, refinement, development
• Follow up of the product backlog of the squad
• Release management of the products and solutions
• Documentation of the implemented solutions
• Develop standards and good practices such as code review board.
• Permission owner for the data governance assets

She/He ensures the solutions always answer the clients' expectations and respect the applicable regulations.

• Follow up of developments, impediments, dependencies, risks and escalation if required, including active participation to product boards.
• Ensure an efficient documentation of features and user stories (with description/value, solutions and acceptance criteria)
• Organise the sprint review with customers and collect acceptance
• Increase t-shaping of the team members to deliver better or quicker solutions for clients

Qualifications

• You have a degree in IT engineering or computer Science completed
• You have a first successful experience in data such as data governance, data quality, data analytics, Business intelligence, data lake, etc. 
• You have at least 3 years of experience
• You have experience in Business Intelligence, data lake architecture, metadata harvesting and management, data quality solutions (profiling, machine learning, data discovery)

Additional Information

Languages: English (writing and spoken proficiently), French and/or Dutch is a plus
