Job Description

• As Digital Project Leader and Data Analytics Expert within the Automotive Aftermarket (AA) you are the strategic advisor and accelerator for selected projects and ventures. The projects / initiatives concentrate on data analytics (as-is), future state definition (to-be), taking over the responsibility for setting up the projects / initiatives and run them.
• Furthermore, you will lead, support and educate peers in order to scale the adoption of digital knowledge.
• In addition, you will be responsible for establishing opinion leadership by evaluating and developing customer-focused digital solutions and/or partners with a clear data focus.
• Last but not least, your  tasks include to push our digital activities even further and beyond AA.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (bachelor/master's degree/diploma/PhD) in information technology, economics or a comparable subject
• Personality and Working Practice: team player, entrepreneurial mindset, a highly structured and self-organized way of working, interculturally experienced and open-minded with a strong passion for working in small high performance teams
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in data analysis, scripting / coding and automation (hands-on) & experience in reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI) would be a plus, cross functional know-how (controlling, production, logistic and marketing)
• Qualifications: strong communication and presentation skills, ability to create clear and compelling lines of argument
• Enthusiasm: passion for digital solutions and a strong interest in understanding our customer needs (Bosch business units) and opportunities
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English, presentation skills are a must

The position could also be located in Feuerbach.
