Senior Data Scientist

Location: Remote in the EU or EST

Role

As a Senior Data Scientist at Vic.ai, you will….

• Analyze the performance of existing AI models 
• Suggest improvements to existing AI models and code them
• Perform R&D on state-of-the-art AI models to replace existing ones
• Work within the MLOPs team to produce ready-for-deployment code
• Meet with the CS team and incidents to address feedback from customers using the app
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive new business solutions. 

Requirements….

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Statistician, or a Quantitative Analyst
• Experience designing and building statistical forecasting models and machine learning models
• Experience with cloud platform and its ML tools is preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools is preferred
• Sound knowledge and understanding of applying Machine Learning, and Deep Learning techniques
• Experience with NLP will be a plus
• Strong understanding of programming with Python, SQL, and with Notebooks like Jupiter
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable and highly available application
