Are you interested in working with data analysis, reporting and insights in a global Talent Acquisition organization?

Our TA org is composed of several teams that operate across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific hiring all kinds of roles. We are looking for a Data Analyst who'll design and implement KPIs and performance tracking, reporting and insights solutions, enabling the continuous optimization of our recruitment processes worldwide.

The role:

As a Data Analyst in the TA organization you will work as a key enabler of the hiring process by partnering with the recruitment teams, HR Analytics team and Recruitment Technology teams to generate data insights that will make our recruitment processes better in terms of quality, speed and cost effectiveness.

Within your scope you will:

  • Be responsible for setting tracking and reporting processes for recruitment KPIs and monitoring metrics.
  • Develop visually compelling dashboards for the TA teams on key metrics, such as: Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire, and effectiveness ratios like number & quality of applicants to job ads, applicant-to-interview ratio, offer-to-acceptance ratio, among others.
  • Design and coordinate the implementation of technical measuring processes of KPIs for the TA teams in our systems (eg: our ATS and Case Management system), track and maintain their visualization.
  • Generate insights based of your analytics solutions, build reports with business recommendations and use storytelling skills to generate engagement and buy-in.
  • Research and consult on industry best practices around recruitment analysis and tech solutions.
  • Partner with TA leaders and other HR stakeholders to develop data models for recruitment, seeking to enhance performance, effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Proactively build a roadmap for TA Data and Platforms along with relevant stakeholders.
  • Be the go-to person for data inquires, take ownership in various related projects.
  • Participate in the wider Analytics community, both within the TA/HR and the wider H&M group.

Qualifications

We believe you are proactive, open minded, an assertive communicator, curious, detail driven and an ambitious team player. You have a robust analytical ability with an eye for change and improvement opportunities. You always strive for operational excellence.  

We believe you have:

  • At least 2~3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment analytics.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, tools and workflows.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel advanced proficiency is must have.
  • Knowledge of working with analytical programming languages such as SQL.
  • Experience in working with any data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Data Studio or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of data to generate clear and concrete insights.
  • Data storytelling skills to get stakeholder buy in for your insights.
