Job Description
What you’ll do
Manager Data Analytics, Dashboard Analyst will collaborate with a team of business stakeholders and technologists to produce enterprise scale data analytics solutions for our clients’ needs. This position will be focused on building and analyzing CRM analytics dashboards to enable data-driven CRM programs. You will function as part of a world class Data Analytics team to support experience optimization, data driven storytelling and digital insights.
Day-to-day, your role includes:
• Lead the design, development, and delivery for CRM data systems, data processing, and campaign dashboards to enable faster, data-informed decision-making within the business.
• Work with the business’s data analytics and strategy teams to define campaign measurement plans, KPIs, analysis dimensions and dashboard requirements to enable campaign performance measurement.
• Define dashboard plan and build raw data structure, KPI formulas and parameters, data filters, visualization plan, etc. utilizing visualization tools like QlikSense, Tableau, Sisense, etc.
• Maintain data integrity by adhering to best practices, creating QA processes and performing regular data quality checks, along with troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Perform hands-on analyses on large volumes of transaction, marketing and customer level data
• Analyze customer campaigns and journeys to identify optimization opportunities, and present insights to clients and account teams with recommendations backed by robust analysis.
• Lead testing strategy and analysis, build the experiment pipeline/learning agenda, interpret experimentation results to help clients evolve programs.
• Provide status updates to team members on a regular basis and clearly escalate issues and risks to project management as needed.
• Deliver quality work on defined tasks with little oversight and direction.
Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
• 5+ years of work experience in Marketing Analytics: a very strong strategical and analytical profile, with a deep knowledge of Marketing Business, channels and KPIs.
• Some experience with Tableau (Ideally) or other BI tools like Qliksense, Qlikview, PowerBI or Data Studio. Note: candidate must have some BI/Visualization background as a must.
• SQL for querying - Intermediate to Advance.
• Client-facing skills or strong client-facing experience, ability to manage a direct relationship with a client and presentation skills.
