Job Description
Are you interested in working with data analysis and reporting within HR in a rapidly evolving retail and e-commerce industry? The role
As a Data Analyst within TA, you will work as a key enabler in the hiring process by partnering with the TA team, HR Analytics team and Tech TA team. You also will:
- Responsible for all weekly and adhoc reporting out of ATS (smartrecruiter), metrics and dashboard presentations in support of Talent Acquisition Team
- Develop visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics, such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire and effectiveness ratios like number & quality of applicants to job Ads, applicant-to-interview ratio, offer-to-acceptance ratio globally
- Help define and set up measurable KPI’s for the TA team, track and maintain their visualization
- Research and consult on industry best practices and make recommendations on TA to be more effective and efficient
- Stay current on market trends, benchmarking, business challenges and priorities
- Partner with TA leaders and other HR partners to develop data models for recruitment
- Create a data roadmap to illuminate areas of opportunity
- Be the go-to person for data, take ownership in various projects
- Participate in the wider analytics community, both within the TA/HR and the wider H&M group!

We believe you have
- Good understanding in HR/recruitment processes, tools and workflows
- At least 2 years of experience with data analysis
- Experience within HR or Talent Acquisition analytics preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software – Excel proficiency must have
- Knowledge of working with analytical programming languages such as SQL.
- Experience in working with any data visualization tools e.g. Power BI, Data Studio or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of data into clear insights.
