Job Description
You will make your mark as a data analytics engineer to ensure that all important data is gathered, processed, and available to our business. As a member of this team you will design and build reports to feed dashboards and analytics solutions that support our critical business decisions. You will be involved in some data heavy projects.
Your responsibilities as a data analytics engineer
- You gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- You design and build dashboards to create a state-of-the-art analytics environment in PowerBI.
- You drive the Boskalis PowerBI key-user community by guiding and supporting our business colleagues.
- You maintain and optimize our PowerBI reporting environment.
Your qualities and experience
- Several years of relevant work experience in a similar position with focus on data analytics and power BI.
- A bachelor degree, preferably in business administration.
- Fluent in English (Dutch would be a big plus).
- In-depth knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure SQL and ETL processes (would be a big plus).

- Your team: You will be part of the data analytics and integration team with a total of 8 colleagues. This team focuses on business analytics, integration and data management.
- Where you will work: For office-based roles, in consultation with your manager and your team, you work partly at home and partly in the office.
- Full/part-time job: The position of data analytics engineer is a full-time (40 hours a week) job.
