We are looking for an experienced Data Software Engineer to join our team. You will pioneer the development of compliant pipelines for product reporting, collaborating with various teams across Product and R&D. You will interact closely with other Data, Product and Operations teams to build and maintain a compliant data architecture environment for key business and financial reporting. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with core data teams to design and build robust architecture for compliant financial reporting
• Serve as the liaison between product and Finance & Operations to build scalable data platforms
• Participate in design and architecture discussions in cross-team and cross-application projects
• Collaborate with data teams to build, maintain and iterate ETL pipelines from product data sets for financial reporting
• Lead the development of new data pipelines and architectures for high priority products

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working with data architecture and engineering functions to develop scalable and robust data sources for business consumption
• Must have a strong understanding of data systems, such as experience with Spark, Hadoop, EMR, Kubernetes and related technologies
• Previous experience working with SOX compliant data architecture a plus
• Experience with the Python data ecosystem, such as Pandas, Numpy, and PySpark
• Experience designing, estimating, and leading the implementation of complex systems
• Proven ability to work independently and take projects from design to delivery
• Experience with secure, scalable web application development
• Self-motivated, passion for learning, strong communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), or equivalent experience
