Job Description

Experian are recruiting for a Data Analytics Hub Manager to play a key role in enabling our Global Internal Audit to increase audit delivery efficiency through the provision of curated data sets and self-serve dashboards and provide day to day mentoring and guidance to GIA Senior Data Analysts supporting the Data Analytics Hub.

Key responsibilities include being accountable for all GIA Data Hub activities, including the planning and delivery of new data integrations and dashboard products and consulting with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise Data Analytics Hub deliveries that will provide greatest value and efficiency.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working closely with data owners across Experian to integrate new data from key systems into the GIA Data Analytics environment and develop scheduled data preparation routines to check data quality and transform raw data inputs into curated, analytically ready data sets.

In this role you will plan and oversee delivery for parameter driven Tableau dashboards, to support a wide range of self-serve audit planning and fieldwork activities, documenting data integration processes and developing an organised data analytics reference library.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with strong data analytics skills, proven experience of leading analytical deliveries alongside excellent communication skills, and well versed in connecting to a wide variety of different data systems.

Key Skills

Proven experience with at least one BI / visualization tool (for example, Tableau, Power BI)

Demonstrable experience with at least one data analytics tool (for example, Alteryx, SAS, Python)

Experience connecting to different database environments using a wide variety of methods including API, SQL, and custom application connectors.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, large data sets and disseminate significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to have skills

Internal Audit and Risk Management experience

Cloud computing experience (for example, AWS)
