Job Description

• Monitor logistics operations metrics, dashboard for different programs, identify anomaly in the trend (past, current and future), conduct root cause analysis and provide proposed hypothesis and suggest potential solutions with stakeholders

• Analyze and improve the process of operations, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics projects and programs and decrease logistics cost and frictions

• Develop automated dashboards and reports (both Excel and Tableau) to support a variety of use cases from business reviews and exploratory ad hoc analysis.

• Provide data pulling support during carrier negotiations and create shipping profile

• Work with logistic operational teams and product management team across different regions, such as the US, China, Europea, LATAM to provide shipping pricing, shipping speed, geo-coverage comparison and analysis for vendor recommendation and management

• Work with the finance and accounting team for logistic vendor billing and payment auditing, and calculate P&L for different programs to evaluate the health of each.

• Help with other data analytics requests and project management tasks.

Qualifications

• Have a proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage with cross functional partners and business stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge in advanced tableau dashboard creation. Dashboards should be advanced, so user experience is easy and efficient.

• Proficient in writing advanced / complex SQL, expertise in optimization of SQL queries.

• Project management: initiate, implement and complete projects independently and know how to review and define project success

• eCommerce logistics and/or data analytics working experience preferred.

• At Least 3+ years of SQL, Excel, and Tableau Developer experience.

Preferred but not required:

Knowledge in Apache Airflow and Python

​​​​​​The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $123,000 annually. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.
