Analytics Engineer (Remote)

Analytics Engineer: This is a remote position within +/- 2 hours of Eastern Standard Time zones (NYC).

Job Description:

Blue Orange is looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our talented, multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for workflow orchestration, data modeling, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SQL and the modern data stack, understand how to extract business requirements for data visualizations & reporting, assess data quality, and have great communications skills. This candidate will work on analyzing and extracting information from source data, help to interpret and visualize data, define data quality needs and help make sure they are met.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team and stakeholders to define requirements for the Data Warehouse and BI reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, and model data based on client requirements.
• Support analytical and statistical reporting requirements and work with the data team to visualize the data in dashboards and reports.
• Work within an Agile environment to constantly deliver value for our clients.
• Work with the data team to implement the data quality standards and ensure ongoing quality assurance of that data process.
• Work with source data systems to extract and analyze data to assist in defining the requirements for the data platform (Salesforce, Monday.com, etc).

Required Experience:

• 3 years of data analytics experience
  

Preferred Software Experience:

• dbt, Snowflake, Looker, Airflow, AWS

Salary: $4000 - $6500 (USD - monthly)
