Data Analytics Specialist (Group Projects)

TDG’s Analytics and AI department, is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence/Data Analytics/Data Scientist to join our Group Analytic Project team. You will be joining a diverse, multi-cultural team dedicated to growing True Analytics’ presence in the Thai market.

As a Data Analytics Specialist internally called Data Scientist you will be involved in an End-to-End process of problem solving for business. Starting from gathering customer’s needs, design and implement the proper solution. In addition, you will also work closely with the commercial teams to deliver customized analysis and reports for both internal and external clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the company which possesses one of the largest databases in Thailand. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for analytics products and solutions, and will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment

Your Role

● Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify the business problems, understand project requirements and suggest the proper solution.

● Utilize the existing data to create the deep dive end-to-end analytics using appropriate technique (Machine Learning, Statistics, Etc.).

● Design of experiment and optimize A/B testing to get the best results when the project/campaign launch

● Develop conversion analysis according to different business dimensions (demographics, locations, behavior, interests, etc.) by using statistical techniques, interpret results, identify and present potential recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

● Create and monitor dashboards (Data Studio and Tableau) and reports for relevant projects.

● Tackle loosely defined problems, find solutions and come up with relevant answers and actionable insights.

Your Profile

● Master degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical field

● 3+ years experiences in building effective machine learning or data driven projects as a data analytics role

● Experience in building end-to-end data analytics project in real life

● Understand programming concepts, modelling framework, statistical theory

● Experience in project related to Operation research (Optimization) OR Unstructured data analytics (Computer Vision) is a plus

● Coding skills in Python, SQL, Spark/Pyspark is a plus, optimization model formulation tool is a plus

● Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools eg. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

● A strong passion to identify and solve business problems using data science or statistical technique.

● Storytelling skills

● Proficiency in Thai and English language
