Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient "Market Data Analyst f/m" to join our team. You will work closely to coordinate and complete position's tasks as follow:

• Conduct macro and industry environmental research and analysis on a regular basis;
• Systematically gathering and storing large volumes of sales and marketing data;
• Gather and maintain up to date information on market potential, market shares, market segmentation, competitive landscape, etc. at granular and aggregate levels in the businesses IT platform;
• Act as a process owner and centre of competence for activities regarding the businesses long-term planning tools (EPOS, etc);
• Developing analytical models for analysing data, providing insights and recommending actions to improve sales and profits;
• Building and integrating predictive models into analytics tools;
• Creating powerful visualizations of the gained insights to convince all levels of management;
• Creating interactive and intuitive user interfaces to collect from and distribute information to the internal audience (PowerBI,);
• Digitalizing / automating sales and marketing processes and decisions to improve efficiency and quality;
• Transfer market knowledge and insights to internal organisation and guide the strategy development for the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Data Science / IT / Computer Science
• 0-3 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst
• Strong statistical and mathematical skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Hands on programming experience in R, SQL, Python, C## and business intelligence tools like Tableau advantages
• Experience in retail or automotive industry is advantage
• Understanding of programming and strong excel skills
• Strategic mindset
