What are your responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you are one of the colleagues in our team with a special focus on sales. Together with our management team, you will use your expertise in sales to further develop our sales strategy and processes.

  • You will use your own sales network to win customers for us and identify new potential customers.
  • As a link between the customer's vision and our technical team, you will help to inspire the customer of our machine learning and engineering solutions and expand our collaboration
  • Together with our technical teams, you will help to convince our customers of state-of-the-art machine learning applications, cloud and data platforms
  • With a high degree of autonomy, you will generate extensive contacts with new and existing customers through targeted outbound campaigns, including via social media channels, and develop qualified sales opportunities from leads
  • In close cooperation with project managers and the management team, you will develop sales plans for our existing and new customers
  • You will take over bid management for various RfPs from our enterprise customers and work closely with our technical team

Requirements

  • For our team, we are looking for colleagues who share our mindset and love to inspire our customers with passion, technical expertise, and pragmatism.
  • We are looking forward to a successfully completed university degree in (business) computer science or similar.
  • You have a technical understanding of cloud services and machine learning technologies as well as software engineering and have sales experience
  • You ideally already have a customer network and enjoy networking
  • You have hands-on experience in an agile development environment and strong assertiveness skills
  • You find creative ways to win new customers for us and want to build a strong sales team together with us
  • Very good German and English skills as well as a confident appearance complete your profile
