Data is important to us! In order to make CoachHub even more data-driven we are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, part of the Data & Insights department.

As our Senior BI Analyst (f/m/d) you will be part of a growing department delivering Business Intelligence in collaboration with our dedicated teams of Data Engineers & Analysts. You will explore and define the data needs of a diverse set of stakeholders and help CoachHub’s teams to make the right business decisions and continuously improve their processes!

• You understand the functionality of our platform and the back office tools by reviewing product and data requirements
• You design and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business and product decisions to improve performance and reduce costs
• You conduct deep-dive data analysis for business insights and recommendation
• You collaborate with data engineers to implement the data architecture and design
• You will be performing checks and data cleaning to ensure the data integrity

Your Profile

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design or development of data solutions and application integrations
• Ability to lead your own projects and work independently once given a direction
• Ability to write complex SQL, doing cohort analysis, comparative analysis, etc.
• Advanced data visualization skills using Looker
• Experience working directly with business users to build reports, dashboards and solving business questions with data
• Understanding of Data Warehouse modeling in redshift
• Experience with Airflow is a plus
• You have very good English language skills
