How you will make an impact in this role

Our Data Analytics Team provides a broad range of services for internal and external stakeholders. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include reporting, billing, and consulting in credit insights, credit card/unsecured personal loan lead generation, eKYC, digital marketing, customer experience as well as retail and loyalty programs. This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business through thoughtful and informed decisions backed by data.

We are eagerly looking for exceptional Data Analytics Manager(s) to join us.

What you will do

• Work directly with PnL owners to analyze business problems, design the corresponding analyses, and manage the delivery of the analytics projects to provide advice and insights for our stakeholders
• Determine and drive forward the analytics product roadmap in sync with the Company's OKRs
• Lead and scale a team of data analysts to drive capabilities, create development and stimulate a culture of high-performing teamwork
• Keep yourself and the team up to date of latest industry trends, new data sources, and technologies to ensure our analytics products remain market leading

What you need to have

• Passionate about driving smarter decisions and better outcomes for our customers and stakeholders
• Experienced and comfortable with leading rigorous and advanced data analytics projects to solve business challenges and identify new opportunities
• Knowledgeable of the financial services industry (retail banking, digital payments) and the non-financial services sector (retail & commerce, digital players)
• Interested in technology and desired to apply technology to solve problems
