Job Description

Aviv group  is on a journey to build a platform-first culture by building the best in class services to enable internal and external users alike.We are building Platform Connect which will encompass the next-gen services to help Aviv internal users and partners build great experiences for their customers.

 Our goal is to unlock capabilities we’ve never seen before and to enable our product teams to be more global and engage with Developers in all their real estate aspirations across Europe. 

What are the expectations for this job?

As a strong Product Manager, Platform Connect Data Management you will lead the data product strategy to aid the  platform development and delivery:

  • Build reports and enable tooling to  help monitor product performance eg Model variances, app performance, data changes. Ensure that models serve the intended results in production, and if not investigate why?

  • Build reports to monitor value creation of each product, to the point of diminishing returns once products are in production i.e. the cost of development is greater than the value generated.

  • Build reports and methods to monitor adoptions metrics and propose iterative development of features to scale business cases

  • Assist in securing the right data needed for a solution, in the right way, in compliance with the firm's policies

  • Ensure Product Adoption and Engagement to decision making on next set of feature development and scaling

Qualifications

  • You have 6 or more years of product management experience or close collaboration with product managers

  • You can quickly move from the big picture to technical details as you work through problems with engineering partners and stakeholders. You understand how high-velocity software development teams work and how engineers think.

  • You thrive in diverse teams - embracing differences in backgrounds, cultures, and opinions

  • You bring well-formed opinions to discussions but hold them loosely 

  • You can influence stakeholders without direct authority

  • You enjoy finding the best idea in the room, independent of the source

  • You have a track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction collaboratively, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders

  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to correctly translate and articulate positioning and technology

  • You can move from the big picture to technical details easily as you work through problems with engineering partners and stakeholders

  • You can deliver products with the right mix of reliability, scalability, performance, and features that delight your users

  • You understand how high-velocity software development teams work and how engineers think

  • A working knowledge of data governance frameworks, best practices and how they are effectively supported by good products, but also data quality, metadata management, data privacy, data use and records retention

  • Experience working with products that harness large data sets

  • Familiar with the data science model development lifecycle (data preparation, model training, etc.)

  • You are comfortable working autonomously and have a solid understanding of and ability to execute on next steps and deliverables with little to no guidance

  • You enjoy taking on something others think is impossible and proving them wrong
