Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Product Analyst to join the Infojobs  team. You will work as a member of the Product team, collaborating closely with the Product Owner. Together with the team, you will participate in the search and identification of solutions based on market insights, user knowledge (research) and based on the recommendations made by you from the opportunities detected through data analysis. 

Your main mission is to define and execute analyses of our users and companies in order to identify trends, opportunities and problems to improve the product. You will be responsible for performing the extraction (SQL queries) and exploitation of data from the database for the correct performance of your position.

These will be your functions:

Analyze and interpret KPIs and Health Metrics identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to give insights that help to make recommendations to optimize and improve the different projects of the company. 

With the Product and Data & Insights teams, participate in the identification of points of improvement of the site based on the analysis of the main indicators of the site.

Define and maintain tagging according to best practices.

Accompany the different teams to train them, advise them and remove any barriers that may exist in order to facilitate the analytical autonomy of the teams.

Identify the KPIs and Health Metrics and implement the dashboard for monitoring and control of the projects: churn analysis, user behavior, etc...

Generate reports to monitor the evolution of the projects as well as for specific or specific needs.

Create powerful Insights using Advanced analytics to improve the knowledge of our users and generate more and more personalization into our Product.

Qualifications

If you are proactive, analytical, data-driven, passionate about the digital world, and you need to work in a team. 

And you also have:

  • Several years of experience in eCommerce or in an online company.

  • Used to working with product, sales, and strategy teams.

  • Experience in online product definition, implementation and measurement.

  • Advanced user of digital analytics tools (adobe, google analytics).

  • Used to work with databases and advanced knowledge of SQL.

  • Knowledge of R and/or Python.

  • Advanced user of visualizations tools such as Tableau

  • Analytical skills: know how to interpret data, to extract relevant insights and be able to translate business questions into analytical needs
