You will join the multidisciplinary team, working on the best way to bring Allegro to the new markets. You will work in a matrix operating environment while coordinating International expansion-related efforts of analyst teams from all relevant areas: Technology, Commerce, Customer Experience, and logistics teams. 

What will your main responsibilities include?

• Think critically about the complex problems at hand, translate them to the business questions and design analyses aimed at answering these questions in a data-driven way
• Supervise the efforts of analysts teams aimed at collecting analytical input for building strategy of the Allegro entries into the new countries
• Analyze complex data sets and translate analyses into data-driven recommendations on the directions for export development, both commercial- and product wise
• Develop hypotheses and conduct analytical deep-dives on the Allegro international business to identify areas for improvement in allegro’s value proposition
• Generate insights via analytics about international customer behaviors, their shopping patterns, different platform features usage etc, and provide business recommendations
• Manage the monitoring and reporting of the Allegro international business performance; liaise with data analysts teams across the organization to identify opportunities for improvements

We are looking for people who:

• Have strong analytical skills, ability to draw logical conclusions
• Have a  track record of working at the intersection of data analysis and business
• Have experience in the following: SQL (advanced), data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI)
• Additional advantage: have proven experience in e-commerce 
• Communicate fluently in English
