We are looking for a sharp and ambitious Data Analyst to provide the revenue teams (sales and acquisition) with the insights they need to drive our business and product forward. At the POS Data Team, we are ambitious, team players, very curious and always ready to take on new challenges.
What you’ll do:
- Own the revenue analytics scope: you are the expert on the KPIs of your domain, make sure you track the performance of your teams, build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders and deliver projects according to a roadmap that you drive and steer.
- Design data models: you combine rich cross-organizational data sources and manage data pipelines from A to Z (i.e. extraction to data marts) to facilitate autonomous data-driven decision making and advanced analytics.
- Build dashboards: you create and own revenue dashboards and reports, ensuring they remain relevant and reliable.
- Improve processes: you work closely with the business operations team to set-up reliable CRM data models and to track processes efficiency.

You’ll be great for this role if:
- You are an experienced Analyst ideally in a Revenue Operations environment.
- You have significant experience with Tableau or equivalent and SQL, dbt is a big plus.
- You have experience of working with executive and senior management.
- You have successfully delivered tasks in a prioritized, timely manner and to high standards.
- You have experience with operational tools and business systems such as Stripe, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Salesforce, Segment. SAP is a big plus.
- You have experience of working in a scale-up environment.
- You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

- Remote working: yes, but regular meetings with stakeholders in the offices, mainly in Paris, Berlin or London, are necessary.
