 About the RoleWe are looking for a BI Analyst mastermind to join our growing Product department. As a BI Analyst at Darrow, you will define the company’s data collection and analysis methodologies and tools; create needed infrastructures; Ensure data integrity; analyze the data to recover meaningful insights, create tools for analysis; and spread your learnings to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery, design solutions, and work with developers on their delivery.
• Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value.
• Provide ongoing development and maintenance of a BI architecture and implementation that enables fact-based decision-making, ad-hoc analysis, and insight generation.
• Provide solutions to complicated data structures, write complex SQL queries, and build complex dashboards.
• Provide end-user support and encourage user adoption. Act as Tier 1 support for end-users of BI tools. Train end-users on basic functionality. Direct users to training material and available resources.
• Priorities various data requirements according to company strategy and defined BI goals
• Monitor validation of data and data services

• Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience with programming for data analysis
• Firm understanding of statistics and databases
• Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
