Data Architect - Contract

MMT have partnered with a leading financial institution to help them best utilise their data to underpin and drive forward a large scale (£10million plus) digital transformation project. This role will form part of a team who will drive forward the project at inception in order to achieve sustainable solutions. Whilst initially a 6 month contract, the opportunity for longer term (or permanent) working relationships is anticipated as the project gains momentum.

What you'll bring

In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate substantial experience as a Data Architect to help support our client with a large-scale data mesh programme. Prior experience in delivering high level design for data transformation is key alongside taking an architectural approach to data solutions, a hybrid cloud approach, and possessing real time data experience to provide an accurate, live view of the business.

The business data reflects the complexity of the organisation and alongside experience in data lakes/data warehousing and driving quality improvements you must be confident in influencing stakeholders to meet their data goals and be integral assisting them on their digital journey by helping to design and implement these standards.

A strong communicator with exceptional influencing skills you will be used to driving forward the implementation of data design in order to achieve best practice.
