What we need: Data is fundamental to SWORD Health’s success - it supports operations, care delivery, enables us to measure and communicate our impact to our clients, and helps inform and drive our strategy. We are looking for an experienced Data Operations Manager to join the team. This individual will manage the implementation and ongoing integration of external data feeds from our clients and partners.  What you’ll do:
·       Interface directly with clients with partners to establish a variety of data feeds (medical claims, pharmacy claims, eligibility data, etc) for integration into SWORD’s systems ·       Perform initial validation and QA of data files to ensure data files meet SWORD’s requirements ·       Document and communicate client-specific rules and transformations needed to support automated ETL processes·       Ensure accuracy of all inbound data, implementing robust quality assurance rules and processes to identify issues and discrepancies·       Work cross-functionally to gather business requirements and scope projects for new data integrations ·       Enforce strong data governance to ensure high data quality in all downstream systems, developing documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity Our ideal candidate:
