Role Summary:

The Sr. HR Data Analyst is part of the People Operations team responsible for implementing and supporting all HRIS-related systems while providing guidance related to data integrity, HR technology, systems, processes, data security and management. Under the direction of the Manager, People Operations, this position develops, implements, updates, and maintains the HRIS, associated modules and other HR technology.

 The Sr. HR Data Analyst is a subject matter expert in Paylocity (HRIS)/ Global HRIS systems and has advanced data analysis and report writing capabilities. Ensures ongoing performance, integrity and security of HR systems, using both internal and external resources. Designs, develop and deploys dashboards, standardized reports and ad hoc reports related to people data for the organization. May lead/manage small to medium projects related to HRIS applications as directed by the manager.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating global HR data and reporting functions customized to the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyzing, monitoring and producing reports, templates and dashboards for key HR metrics, compliance and other data
  • Organizing and maintaining global HR databases, including our core HRIS platforms and integrations
  • Supporting global HR system implementations
  • Supporting US benefit and insurance enrollment data
  • Partnering with Finance team members to support Payroll and FP&A-related data
  • Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to provide back-end support on projects
  • Assist in general Talent & Development tracking, reporting and projects related to HR data management
  • Elevate our HR department brand internally by demonstrating preparedness, intelligence, follow-through, positivity and integrity at all times

Qualifications:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in an HR Data Analyst position or similar role
  • Experience managing or supporting HRIS platform (Paylocity, Keka, Workday, ADP, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel required
  • Experience in SQL or BI Tools (Power BI / Tableau / Google Data studio)
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with managing confidential data, compliance and software systems
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to self-orient and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Proven ability to take extreme ownership and initiative while collaborating with teammates
  • Experience working in a global organization and with a global team
  • Experience in Human Resources preferred
