What will you do?

• Analyze product and commercial data to provide insights and performance updates to functional leaders
• Make business recommendations in terms of cost-benefit, forecasting and impact analysis by effective presentations of data-driven findings and insights to stakeholders
• Build dashboards and reporting to understand business performance and incorporate right metrics and data into stakeholders’ strategic initiatives
• Use your knowledge of quantitative analysis to tell the story behind the data, to non-technical team members
• Document and communicate all relevant work and work outcomes
• Promote a data-driven culture across the business

Who are we looking for?

• 1-2+ years of experience in Data & Analytics 
• Experience transforming and wrangling data in SQL
• Experience using modern BI tools (e.g.  Tableau, Looker)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to regularly influence and guide decisions
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and experience in proactively and creatively utilizing analytics to drive decision making
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environments

Some things that are not required, but you will learn on the job

• Exposure and experience with modern data stack (Warehouses, ELT, dbt, Reverse-ETL)
• Exposure with git and Python
